Go To: Menu > Settings > Delete Company Settings
> On Menu, click 'Settings'
> Choose 'Yezza'
> Choose 'Delete Company Settings'
> Type company's name
> Click 'Confirm'
Important: This method only applicable for users on Monthly Contract. You may check you subscription details at billings > subscription
To stop or terminate, open Menu, click 'Settings'.
Choose 'Subscription', and then choose 'Delete Company Settings'.
You will be asked to fill in a few details before ending it with your company's name.
Key in the name, and click 'CONFIRM'. you should no longer be charged for the upcoming months and you will also not be able to access your account.
For Yearly Contract users, this action is not permissible. Merchants need to wait until the end of the contract (12 months) should they wish to downgrade/unsubscribe.
