How to Calculate the Number of New Patients for Any Date Range?

Steps:

1. Make sure you are logged in using admin account.

2. Go to Insight > Patients menu 

Note: This menu shows data for first-time patients only, not the total number of patients on the selected date.

3. Filter your preferred date:

4. Focus on the Total Visit graph.

Image: This graph shows the repetition of your new patients on the selected date.

4. To get the number of new patients, add the numbers for each bar. Example: 

Once: 22 patients

Twice: 6 patients

3 times: 2 patients

Total of new patients: 22+6+2 = 30 patients
