After signing up, new users will go through a simple walkthrough to setup their shop. But you may have skipped the walkthrough or unsure what you have done during the walkthrough.
No worries, just follow 3 basic steps below required to setup your Yezza Shop.
Once finished, we'll share how to obtain your link and you can start selling!

1. Upload Product
Steps:
- Go to 'Setup > Products'
- Choose 'Create New Products'
- Just fill up the basics below.
- Select product picture
- Product Name
- A simple product details.
- Product price
- If you are selling products with variants like colors and size, you can tick 'Have variant' and set variant.
- 'Save' to finish
If your products have similar settings, you can try to duplicate your products.
Having uploaded your products, you are now ready to proceed to second step or explore further on product uploads
2. Setting Up Customer's payment method
Steps:
- Go to 'Setup > Payment'.
- Choose 'Online Payment' and select 'Setup' for payment gateway of your choice (Stripe or SecurePay).
- You'll be then transferred to the registration page. Continue by filling up the require details.
- Once finished, your setting will appear like below.
Once activated, your customer will able to pay to you via online banking. Transaction charges are applied.
You can also opt other payment methods like cash, manual transfer if necessary.
3. Setting Up Delivery Charges & Fulfilment.
Here you can set the delivery charges that you want to charge on. It'll be automatically added to customer's total amount.
Depending on your business operation, you can setup and use Local Delivery or Couriers.
If delivery doesn't concern with your business, you can skip this directly and find out how to share your shop link.
On Demand Local Delivery
If you are in KL/Selangor, you can use automated calculation by integrating with Lalamove services.
If not you can use the steps below.
- Go to 'Setup > Shipping & Delivery'
- Click 'Manage' next to the pre-created zone named '1 Malaysia'
- Rename the zone e.g Semenanjung or Putrajaya.
- Tick 'Manual Delivery; and select the pen logo to set your charges.
- Select Local Delivery, select type of calculation and enter your delivery charges. Fill in the rate description if necessary.
- Click 'Update Rate' and 'Update Zone' to finish.
- To add another zone, just click 'Add New Zone' and repeat the steps given.
You can continue to setup more if your operation requires business hours, delivery restriction and more.

Courier Delivery
- Click "Setup" and choose "Shipping & Delivery".
- Click "Manage" next to the pre-created zone named '1 Malaysia'
- Renamed the zone with zone that your business covers for delivery.
- Tick "Manual Delivery" and select the pen logo to start editing your delivery charges.
- Select Courier Delivery, select type of calculation and enter your delivery charges. Fill in the rate description if necessary.
- Click 'Update Rate' and 'Update Zone' to finish.
- To add another zone, just click 'Add New Zone" and repeat the steps given.
Integrate with your Easyparcel account to manage your fulfilment faster.
To finish, you may also want to set Selfpickups or set a minimum purchase amount if necessary.
In all, your basic delivery setup is now completed or explore more on courier settings.
By completing these 3 steps, your shop is now ready to make the first sales.

How To Get Your Shop Link
You can get your shop link depending on which type of storefront your decided to use. Users have 2 types of storefront for them to use. You can choose one of them or use both at the same time.
i. WhatsApp Form
Suitable for customer who love to chat and ask a few questions before buying.
To get the link you need to attach your product to it by setting up your WhatsApp Form first.
After setting up, follow the steps below to get and share your WhatsaApp Form link.
- Click the Share button as indicated below.
- Select one the methods below to share.
ii. Yezza Store
Suitable for customers that frequently buys from an e-commerce website.
You can directly share your Yezza Store link without having to attach any products. But it is advisable that you setup your store profile and product categories first.
Once done, just copy the link indicated below or click the 'Share' button.
Other than forwarding directly to your customer, you can put your link at any social media accounts.
Once customers order is placed and fully paid, it will appear in Order Management for you to manage and fulfil its delivery.
