Setup Services

Set the type of medical procedures your clinic/centre offers.

Steps:

1. Select Services menu
2. Click Create Service 
3. Fill up all required information. Don’t worry, you can edit the info later.
4. What you can do at this menu:
   • Service name: Vaccination, Scaling, Consultation, Screening etc.
      
   • Show service fee: Fixed or ranged
     
     
   • Service description: This info will appear at the appointment page
     
     
   • Service duration: How much time does the procedure take
     
     
   • Service interval: Sets the time interval between each slot
     Refer below example to understand the use case:
     Note: The time shown below depends on the doctor’s schedule
     
     The time slot that will appear is as below:
     
     Let say there’s a patient booked the 9.00am slot, it automatically takes up both 9.00am & 9.30am slots. The next appointment that will be available is 10.00am.
     
     
   •  Service Photos: Upload multiple photos that can help patients understand the service better.
     
     
   • Opt-in Booking: Specify whether appointments should be approved manually or automatically accepted.
     
     
   • Service limit: If the service has a limited number of machines/rooms, choose ‘Limited’. Otherwise, set it as unlimited.
     Setting up this menu as unlimited means that it will fully depend on the doctor’s slot. 
     
     
   • Service Schedule Requirement: Set when your clinic accepts appointments e.g 1 day before, 1 week before.
     If your clinic allows same day appointments, we suggest setting it as 1 hour.
     
     
   • Booking Fee: Turn on if this service requires a deposit. This amount will be displayed at the appointment link.
     By turning on this option, patients will need to make the payment at the booking confirmation page.
     
     
   • Preliminary questions: Add more questions in Patient Form specifically for this service
     
     
   • Pre-appointment instructions: This note will appear at Patient’s Booking confirmation. You can also include this at WhatsApp Template Reminder.
     
     
   • Post-appointment instructions: You can include this at WhatsApp Template Thank you note.
