This article explains how you can verify all information after migration is completed.
Inventory Migration
Checklist:
- Verify the total number of medications & services is tally with your old CMS.
- Verify the information in each medicine & services is correct. Click on each medicine/service to check. If there is fields missing e.g group, dispense quantity, we strongly recommend user to add the info.
- Verify the selling price for each tier is correct.
Steps:
- Head to Clinic Management > Inventory & Services section:
Complete Inventory Settings
- Add medication/services group. This group makes it easier for doctors/staffs to search for the medicine
- Add medication UOM

Patient Migration
⚠️ Important: This step requires you to login to doctor's account.
Checklist:
- Verify the patient database is visible. You may search any of your existing patient's IC to confirm
- Click on any of the patient's IC to check their case notes, medication, and services.
Steps:
- Head to Clinic Management > Patients > Information & Medical records section:
- Click on the patient's name
- A list of the patient's visit dates will be displayed. Click on the visit date to see the details:
