| Cmagsys Server | Yezza will access your backup server and extract the backup file. |
| Cmagsys Cloud | Client is required to download the backup file located at Admin > Backup and share to Yezza or can share login details to Yezza. |
| Clinisys | Yezza will access your backup server and extract the file. |

1. Client is required to share login details to Yezza. 2. Yezza will extract your inventory and patient database. |

1. Client is required to contact Platomedical Support and request for below items in SQL format:
