How To Download Customer's Database

Users can download their customer's database in CSV format then open it using Excel or Google Spreadsheet.

Datas collected are based on infos collected in check out form.

You can filter the data according to customer's payment status.

By downloading , you can do as follows :

1. Export Paid Orders For Fulfilment With Other Couriers

2. Export Orders for other Reasons (Analytics, Database)

1. Export Paid Orders For Fulfilment With Other Couriers

Go To: Menu > Manage > Customers > Choose Paid tab > Export 

Step 1: Head to Manage > Database and choose Customers

Step 2: Select Paid tab

Step 3: Click Export. A file will be downloaded automatically.

Step 4: Open the file in Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet:

Step 5: If your fulfilment system support Bulk Orders by importing Excel file, you may modify this table so that it suits your fulfilment's format.

2. Export Orders for other Reasons (Analytics, Database)

Go To: Menu > Manage > Customers > Choose Paid tab > Export 

Step 1: Head to Manage > Database and choose Customers

Step 2: Click Filter, you may filter the database according to your preference

Step 3: Click Export. A file will be downloaded automatically.

Step 4: Open the file in Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet:
