How To Change Phone Number

This article consists of 2 parts:

1. To change phone number for company's profile

2. To change phone number for Whatsapp messaging:

1. To change phone number for company's profile

Go To: Menu > Settings > General > Company Details > Edit Details

> On Menu, click Settings
> Choose General
> Choose Company Details
> Choose 'Edit Details'
> Change phone number

On side-bar Menu, click Settings.

Choose General Settings.

And then, click on 'Edit Details'

Your company details will appear. Go to Phone Number and edit it.

Once you're done, click UPDATE.

These details will appear on the invoice for customer's reference.

This number will not receive whatsapp messages from customers yet.

2. To change phone number for Whatsapp messaging:

Go to: Menu > Setup > Sales Team > Salesperson or Admin's name 
       > 3 dots > Edit Member

> On side-bar Menu, click Setup > Sales Team
> Choose the name of the person to receive the Whatsapp messages
> Click on the 3 dots
> Choose 'Edit Member'
> Change the phone number
> Click SAVE

On side-bar Menu, click Setup > Sales Team.

The list of all account users will appear. Choose the name of the person to receive the whatsapp messages.

Click on the 3 dots (right side), and choose 'Edit Member'

The mobile number will appear. You may change this number here.

Click SAVE.
