How To Setup
Merchants that are using Local deliveries method i.e Lalamove/Bungkusit/GrabExpress usually require extra settings when accepting orders. Here are the extra settings that you may include for your shop:
- Business Hours
- Limit number of delivery orders per day
- Restricted dates
- Scheduled Orders
- Preparation Time
- Cut Off Time
Set Business Hours
By default, your store will always be operational. However, merchants can set hours when orders for pickup and delivery will be fulfilled.
Outside your Business Hours, your store will appear to be closed and customers are unable to proceed with their order. Here's how it would look like:
Steps:
- Go to 'Setup > Order Settings'
- Click 'Setup' at 'Local order management' option.
- Fill up the business hours for each day. Your website will be considered closed if there are no settings for the specific day.
- Click 'Add hours for other days' if you have different business hours for that day.
- If you have a limited number of orders daily, just activate this option and key in the quantity.
- Review your business hour settings.
Set Restricted Dates
You can prevent customers from selecting pickup and delivery on specific dates of the year.
Steps:
- Go to 'Setup > Order Settings'
- Click 'Setup' at 'Local order managment' option.
- Click 'Edit' at the Hours menu.
- At the Restricted Date menu, click 'Add date'.
Set Scheduled Orders
This feature allows your customers to schedule an order at a later date & time. If your store is closed, your customer can still checkout by scheduling an order on the next available business day.
Date and time available for scheduling will depend on your business hours.
Steps:
- Go to 'Setup > Order Settings'
- At the Order Settings option, click 'Edit'
- Turn on the 'Enable Scheduling' option and choose from given options.
- Only within the same day - Your customer can only schedule an order within the same business day.
- One day or more - Your customer can schedule an order for the next business day up to 6 months in advance.
- Click 'Save'
Preparation Time
Activate this feature to inform your customers the time required to prepare orders for pickup or delivery. This info will appear at their Checkout Form:
Steps:
- Go to 'Setup > Order Settings'
- At the Order Settings option, click 'Edit'
- Turn on the 'Enable preparation time' option
- Key in period.
- Click 'Save'
Cut Off Time
Activate this feature to set the last time an order will be accepted for that business day.
Steps:
- Go to 'Setup > Order Settings'
- At the Order Settings option, click 'Edit'
- Turn on the 'Enable cut-off time' option. Set the cut-off time.
- Click 'Save'
How To Activate This Setting For Your Store/Whatsapp Form
Yezza Store:
- Go to 'Setup > Yezza Store'
- Click 'Manage Shipping Zones'
- Activate this option:
Whatsapp Form:
- Go to 'Setup > Whatsapp Forms'
- Click 'Edit' at any of your existing forms.
- Scroll down until the 'Advance Shipping Setting' menu.
- Activate this option:
