How To Switch/Change Your Subscription Plan.

How To Check Your Current Plan
Go To: Menu > Settings > Subscription
On Menu, click Settings. And then, choose Subscription.
You will see the details of your plan being displayed.
From the example, the user is ;
- Subscribing Business Plan for a year contract.
- Using 1 user slot out of 5
- Using 1 form of of 6
- Woocommerce & Shopify enable for integration.
How To Switch/Change Your Subscription Plan.
Go To: Menu > Settings > Subscription > Edit Subscription/Contact Support
> On Menu, click Settings
> Choose Subscription
> View your subscription details
> Click 'Contact Support' to change
On Menu, click Settings. And then, choose Subscription.
You will see the details of your plan being displayed.
Click 'Edit Subscription' to make any changes to your current subscription.
For Yezza old plans (FREE, PERSONAL, BUSINESS, INTELLIGENCE), kindly click 'Contact Support' to request any changes to your current subscription.
You may request to upgrade, downgrade or buy add ons to your plan.

1. From table above, each plan have a limited number of users and Form. You can buy more :
Extra user - RM10/month/person
Extra Whatsapp Form RM10/month/form
2. Upgrade Plan
Monthly Contract - Plan switched immediately. New plan billing will reflect on the next billing cycle.
Yearly Contract - Plan switched and new plan billing will reflect after end of contract. *
3. Downgrade Plan
Monthly Contract - Plan downgraded and the new billing price reflected on the next billing cycle
Yearly Contract - Plan downgraded and new plan billing will reflect after end of contract. *
4. Change of contract type (monthly/yearly)
Only allowed for Monthly Contract Users
5. Remove add ons
Removal and new plan pricing will be reflected on the next billing cycle.
*Note : You unable to downgrade or upgrade if you were still in contract.
