To start Patient Registration, make sure you are logged in using ‘Admin’ or ‘Clinic Assistant’ role.
- Open the Registration tab, click Register
- Choose Visit purpose:
- Consultation: See doctor
- Over the counter (OTC): Proceed to Invoice Tab to key in medicines
- To register patient, choose either 3 menus:

- Search existing patient’s IC:
- Read from MyKad (Make sure MyKad Reader is installed correctly).
- Add new Patient manually:
- Search existing patient’s IC:

- Key in all required information and click Next
- Choose payment method and click Next:
- Patient will then appear at Waiting list:
