How To Give Discounts?

This article explains how you can give discounts to your patients when they are making payment.

Discount feature is available at your patient's Billing page. See here to learn how you can reach at Billing page: Payment & Checkout

Note: Ensure that you key in the discount first before recording the payment.

Steps:

1. At Billing page, click Add Adjustment button:
   
   
   
   
2. Set the adjustment type and amount. Example:
   
   
   
   
3. Click Confirm.
4. The discount will be applied to the invoice amount and appear at receipt.
