Error when printing documents

This article explains what you need to do if you see this error when printing any documents:

Reason: Smart field information is incorrect. 

How to fix:

1. Make sure the smart field information is correct: {{patient_name}}, {{doctor_name}}, {{visit_date}}, {{identification}}, {{age}}, {{time_in}}, {{diagnosis}}.

2. Curly bracket is strictly for smart fields only. Delete any fields that you have manually add e.g {{parent_name}}

3. If you accidentally change the smart field, you may delete the document, and add again.
