How To Record Copayment/Multiple Payment?

This article explains how you can record Copay or Multiple Payments in a single bill.

Co-payment, or Copay, is the portion of a healthcare bill that a patient pays out of pocket, on top of what their health insurance covers. For example, if a patient is insured by XYZ Healthcare, which covers up to RM150 per visit, any remaining balance above this amount will need to be paid by the patient.

Multiple Payment allows you to use more than one payment method to settle a single bill. For example, if a patient has a total bill of RM120, patient can pay RM20 in cash and the remaining RM100 with a credit card

Steps:

1. At dispensary page, click Add Payment and insert the 1st payment: either Panel/Self Pay

2. Once recorded, you will see a balance due amount. You may click Add payment again to insert the 2nd payment.
