Kindly ignore this article if you choose to migrated your inventory list from your previous CMS.
This menu requires you to add medications and services that will be offered at your clinic.
Inventory
Inventory menu will list all your medications used in clinic.
Steps:
- Go to Clinic Management > Inventory, Services and packages > Inventory
- Click Add New to add a new medicine:
- Fill up all information. Group field enable you to search better when dispensing medicine to your patients.
Tips: Set the group according to the diagnosis. - Next, set the selling price for each tier:
- Key in stock on hand. You can also set stock count as 0 and update the actual amount later.
- Set Unit of measure (UOM). You can set UOM to be the selling unit used e.g Strip, Tablet, Bottle, Tube, Sachet, Vial.
- Click Save
Services
Next, go to Services menu. This is where you can add all your investigations, procedures, services and consultation fee.
- Click Create Service
- Fill up the required details. Example:

Package
Package menu allows you to combine services + inventory under a single package.
