Add all your staff including doctors, clinic assistants and locums to Yezza. Each user will have their own Username & password.
Firstly, go to Clinic Management > Scheduling > Users
Click Add New to begin.
There are 3 type of users in Yezza. Each user will have different access to the dashboard. Admin can set multiple roles depending on their system usage :
- Admin
- Doctors
- Locums
- Clinic Assistants
Admin
Admin role will have full access to all settings and can see all dashboards.
Dashboard view:

✅ Reviews (Depending on your subscription)

Doctors
Each doctor is required to have their own account and password. Resident doctors will have partial access to the settings and can only view 2 dashboards.

Locums
You can create a general account to be shared for all your locums. Here is a recommended setting for locums:
Clinic Assistant
For Clinic Assistants (CA), there are multiple configurations that you can choose:
- Option 1: Each CA has their own account
- Option 2: Only create 2 CA accounts for Dispensary & Registration counter.
- Option 3: One general account for all CA
Dashboard view:

Guidelines on Permissions:
Do not allow viewing clinic management
Turn this on if the user cannot access to any Clinic Management settings
Do not allow viewing sales report
Turn this on if the user can see Clinic Management but not sales report
Allow manage users
Turn this on if the user can change any users settings.
Allow cancel visit (Registration)
Turn this on if this user is allowed to cancel any patient visits.
