6. Queue Settings

Queue system allows you to display your patient's name/number in sequence. You will also get a Queue TV (QTV) that will show the queue number in your display screen. 

At your dashboard, click at the avatar icon, and go to Clinic Management > Queue > Settings

Configuration

Choose whether you would like to call your patient either by:

• Number or
• Name (Recommended)

💡 Tips:  For small clinics, we would recommend calling patient by Name to avoid the need to print the queue number paper.

Room Name Display

Next, you can set how to display the room name at your QTV. QTV will not work if this settings is empty. Example:

Set QTV ratio, media type, Photo/Video link, Language, Scrolling Text, Company Logo & Theme Colour
