Yezza Templates

Yezza will provide below templates that you can attach to your patients

You can add more templates such as Urine Test template, Covid Test Template, Influenza Test Report etc.

How To Add a New Template

1. Go to Clinic Management > Document > Templates:
   
   
   
   
2. Click Add Template
   
   
3. Choose Medical Records format. Set the name of the template. 
4. Scroll down until you see Compose content area. Type in the content of the template. You may imagine this box as Microsoft Word as you can adjust the font size, text alignment, formats accordingly. Example:
   
   
   
5. Set the price for this template. 
   
   
6. See the preview on your right side.
   
   
   
   
7. Once all is done, you may click Save.
