Deleting a visit in Yezza will void the sales and also return the stock back to inventory.
Important: Deleting a visit is irreversible. It is best to restrict the delete function for supervisor/manager/admin only. Refer to this article to learn this restriction
Steps:
- Go to Registration Tab. Search for the patient's name & IC
- Click at three dotted icon > Delete Visit
- A confirmation window will appear. Click Confirm
