Segmentation allows you to divide your customer database into groups based on common characteristics. In Yezza, the purpose of customer segmentation is to have a more targeted approach to your customers which will yields better results.
For example, suppose your clinic is running a promotion for ultrasound services. You want to target this offer specifically to females aged 25 and older. This is where customer segmentation becomes essential.

Steps:
1. In Yezza, go to Clinic Management > Patients > Information & Medical Records
2. Click at + symbol
3. Name your segment and choose either Dynamic or Static segment:
- Dynamic Segment: A dynamic segment updates automatically based on predefined criteria
- Static Segment: A static segment is created manually and remains fixed unless updated by someone.
4. Once your segment is created, you may start define the criteria. Click Edit Dynamic Filters:
5. Set the filters and finally you may see your customers that fulfils these criteria.
