How To Blast SMS/Email to Patients?

Users can blast SMS/Emails to your patients via Yezza dashboard for marketing or promotion purposes.

Note: WhatsApp blasting is not supported in Yezza. For WhatsApp, users will need to click WhatsApp icon one by one manually. 

Steps:

1. At Clinic Management menu, go to Patients > Information & Medical Records
   
   
   
   
2. You may utilize the available filters to target a set of patients. E.g Filter Female Gender to blast Ultrasound promotion.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Select the checkbox on the left side, and choose Add to Segment. You can also click Send SMS or Send Email directly from this page. Insert the Segment Name e.g Women/VIP/Elders.
   
   
   
   
4. Next, go back to Clinic Management, and go to Segment & Blasting menu
   
   
   
   
5. Select the segment name, and you can click Blast SMS or Blast Email

Ans: Email is free of charge while the SMS has a charge of RM0.10/SMS.
