How Staff can View Consultation Notes

To view consultation notes written by the doctor, follow below steps: 

1. At Registration tab, serch for the respective patient's name/IC/Phone number
   
   
2. Click at patient's name. It should appear the patient's billing page. 
   
   
3. Click See Consultation notes below the patient's name:
   
   
   
   

Important: Clinic Assistants are not allowed to edit the case notes.
