How To Create Offer Campaign?

This article explains how you can create an offer campaign and start blasting to your database.

Steps:

1. At the top of your Yezza page, go to Marketing > Offer Dashboard.

2. Click Create New




2. Fill up all the required:

• Campaign Name: Year End Promo, Merdeka Promo, Cuti Sekolah Promo
• How to Redeem: Set how your customer will redeem this offer
• Applies to: All or specific inventory
• Offers reward: What is your offer e.g discounts/free gifts
• Maximum discount uses: Set limit to your offer redemption
• Active date and time: Set the period for this campaign
• Thank you message
• Redemption eligibility

3. Choose how you'd like to send out the offer to your database: WhatsApp, SMS, or Email. Click Set up.

Tips: WhatsApp has better reach/engagement with your customers.

5. Set the schedule for sending out this campaign. If you plan to send it multiple times, select 'Later On' and choose all the relevant dates.
