Creating an Offer Campaign
Steps:
1. At the top of your Yezza page, go to Marketing > Offer Dashboard.
2. Click Create New
2. Fill up all the required:
- Campaign Name: Year End Promo, Merdeka Promo, Cuti Sekolah Promo
- How to Redeem: Set how your customer will redeem this offer
- Applies to: All or specific inventory
- Offers reward: What is your offer e.g discounts/free gifts
- Maximum discount uses: Set limit to your offer redemption
- Active date and time: Set the period for this campaign
- Thank you message
- Redemption eligibility
3. Choose how you'd like to send out the offer to your database: WhatsApp, SMS, or Email. Click Set up.
Tips: WhatsApp has better reach/engagement with your customers.
4. Example of WhatsApp setup:
5. Set the schedule for sending out this campaign. If you plan to send it multiple times, select 'Later On' and choose all the relevant dates.

You wish to create a Year-End Ultrasound scan campaign to drive sales via appointment booking.
Campaign Name: Expecting Mothers, Year-End Ultrasound Special! 👩👦
Campaign Duration: 1 November 2024- 31 December 2024
Objective:
- To promote ultrasound scan services at discounted rates
- Increase appointment bookings
- Raise awareness of the clinic’s ultrasound services
Applicable to: Any Scan services
Campaign Offers:
- Discounted Ultrasound Scans: 15% off all ultrasound scans booked before December 31.
- Bundle Packages: Offer a package deal for multiple types of scans (e.g., abdominal + pelvic ultrasound) at a reduced rate.
- Gift Certificates: Free ultrasound photo.
Unique Selling Points (USP):
- Experienced Sonographer/doctors
- Free Antenatal Consultation for mother & baby

Channels:
- Campaign awareness & promotion via Social media, WhatsApp, SMS, Email
- Thank you message: Via WhatsApp including a discount code for their next visit or a referral program.
Measurement of success:
- Number of Bookings: Track the number of ultrasound appointments scheduled during the campaign period compared to previous months.
- Conversion Rate: Monitor how many email or link clicked through and completed a booking.
- Patient Feedback: Collect patient testimonials and feedback post-scan to assess satisfaction with the service.
- Revenue Growth: Compare ultrasound-related revenue during the campaign period to the same period last year.

Ketika musim cuti sekolah, anda bercadang untuk membuat kempen sunat kepada kanak-kanak sekitar klinik. .
Campaign Name: Sunathon Cuti Sekolah 👦🏻
Campaign Duration: 1 November 2024- 15 November 2024
Objective:
- Meningkatkan bilangan pendaftaran dan menjana pendapatan bagi klinik semasa musim cuti sekolah.
- Menyediakan perkhidmatan sunat berkualiti tinggi dengan pemulihan yang mudah untuk kanak-kanak.
