Setup Offer Presets

To kick off your marketing campaigns with Yezza, start by activating the available preset options. Yezza has 5 presets:

1. Birthday: Send an offer to your customers on their birthday month. Message will be send on the 1st of that month.
   
   
2. First Purchase: Send an offer to your customers after their first visit’s stamps or points have recorded. 
   
   
3. Second Purchase: Send an offer to your customers after their second visit’s stamps or points have recorded. 
   
   
4. Reactivation: Send an offer to your customers that have not made any visit for more than 90 days. 

Steps:

1. At Yezza dashboard, go to Marketing > Offers menu

2. Click Edit at Birthday preset

3. Complete all required settings at this menu. We recommend below settings:

4. Next, we need to set how to send out the offer to your database. At the top of the settings, click Edit at messaging options.

5. Click Save. Confirm that your Campaign is activated. 

6. Repeat above steps for First Purchase, Second purchase and Reactivation campaign.
