There are 2 ways your customer can book an appointment:
1. From your appointment link
2. From admin dashboard
From your Appointment Link
Users can share the appointment link to your prospects via WhatsApp, Instagram Bio, Facebook, Tiktok etc. When your customers open this link, they can see your listed services and book an appointment themselves:
- Open appointment link. See this guide to learn how to get your link.
- Choose a service.
- Select preferred date and time.
- Fill up customers details
- Appointment is confirmed!
- Admin will see this appointment from the admin dashboard
From Admin Dashboard
Admin can also add the appointment manually from the admin dashboard as well.
- Login to your Yezza account.
- Choose the 'Appointment' tab. (This menu might be slightly different depending on your plan)
- If you are using List view, click New here:
- Or, if you prefer the calendar view, click +Add here:
- Fill up the appointment and patient details. Important note: Customer's IC is mandatory when creating an appointment. Make sure to request this information from your customer.
- Click Next to confirm the booking.
- Once completed, you will see the appointment at your list/calendar.
