Yezza Appointment system allows users to send WhatsApp messages to your customers in 3 situations:
- Upcoming reminder message
- Thank you message
- No-show message
The choice of templates will be based on the customer's current phase either Upcoming/Completed/No show.
- To start edit the WhatsApp template, go to your Appointment dashboard.
- Click Action > Edit message template
- You will see 3 templates listed here. Click Edit Template to begin.
- Insert your message in the box provided:
- Scroll down to see the preview of the message.
- Click Save
