Your clinic/centre need to have a good Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) on when to send the reminder.
💡 Tips: The best timing to send out reminder is 1 day before.
Make sure to login to WhatsApp app or WhatsApp Web at your PC/Laptop first before sending out reminders.
From Calendar View:
Open your Calendar View dashboard, and select an appointment. You will see the appointment details appear at the right panel. Click Send WhatsApp button to send out reminder.
From List View:
From the list view, you can see the WhatsApp icon at the right side of the appointment details. Click the icon to send out appointment reminders.
