One-Time Configuration:

Make sure you have connected Mykad reader to the PC.

1. Download this software at Registration counter: Click to download 

2. Open file & Install to your PC

3. Login to your Yezza admin account

4. Test the Mykad reader by slotting an IC. It should appear like this:

How To Start Use MyKad Reader

1. Open Yezza Hardware program.

2. Minimize Yezza Hardware program. Make sure this program is running at background.

3. Open Yezza CMS, go to Registration Tab

6. Click Register button

FAQ:

1. I have clicked the Read from Mykad button at Yezza CMS. But nothing happened. What to do?

Ans: Ensure Yezza Hardware program is opened and running at background. If the issue still persists, do unplug Mykad Reader USB and plug again.
