Setting Up Queue TV
Depending on your hardware compatibility, there are 3 configurations that you can use to setup Yezza's Queue TV (QTV) at clinic's waiting area.
Option 1: Smart TV (Recommended)
- If you have purchased a SmartTV, you may open Browser app at your listed apps. We recommend to use TVBro apps as it supports Yezza's voice call sound.
Note: Not all browser apps is compatible with Yezza's voice function. -
Get your Queue TV link at Clinic Management > Queue Screen.
- Copy this link:
- Type the QTV link at your TV's browser app:

Click icon below to enable sound or change to full screen.
- Make sure to Bookmark the QTV link so that it is easier to open the link:
Option 2: Use Built-in Chromecast from your PC to TV
You can use this configuration if your SmartTV does not have any compatible apps for Yezza QTV, but it has a built-in Google Chromecast.
- Open Yezza QTV at your Google Browser. Go to Clinic Management > Queue Screen.
- At Chrome Settings, click Save & Share > Cast
- Click at the supported device:
Option 3: Connect PC with TV via HDMI/VGA
Testing Queue TV
- Register a dummy patient at Registration tab:
- Click at the three icon and choose Call-in
