For Yezza CMS, there is not special configuration needed for Label Printer. Clinic Admin will need to make sure the printer is connected to your PC and driver is already installed.
Any label printer can be used with Yezza CMS. If you don't have a label printer, you may purchase one here: purchase link.
Option 1: Have Own Label Printer
Make sure:
- Printer is connected to PC.
- Driver is installed.
- Printer is listed at your Printers & Scanners menu.
Option 2: Purchase Label Printer from Yezza Recommendation
Steps:
- Configure the hardware connection of the printer:
- Plug in power source
- Connect the USB to your PC
- Download the driver software at this link:
- Follow this YouTube guide to setup:
- Open Printers & Scanners menu at Windows.
- At the Label Printer, choose Printer Preference > Page Setup
- Click New to add a new Paper Settings.
- Name the Stock 'Yezza'. Next, set Label size according to your sticker size. Make sure the Width & Height is exactly as the purchased sticker. Example:
- Lastly, click Apply to save the settings
