Troubleshooting Drug Label Printers

1. Issue: Printer skipping sticker roll.

How to fix: This issue normally happens after you change to new roll. Your device will need to calibrate according to the new sticker size. Follow below video to calibrate:

2. Issue: Printer does not print anything.

How to fix:

1. Ensure sticker is facing upwards.
2. Ensure it's a thermal sticker. Normal art sticker will not work if use with Thermal printer.

3. Issue: Printing not correct.

How to fix: This is normally due to sticker size is incorrect at Page Setup. Access Printing Preference > Page Setup > Set the correct size. Or refer this tutorial: How To Setup Label Printer for The First Time
