This article explains how to troubleshoot issues if your MyKad Reader is not working.
Issue #1: 'No reader detected' at dashboard
Troubleshooting steps:
1. Check USB connection for Mykad Reader. You may unplug and replug the USB Connection.
2. Ensure Yezza Hardware program is opened & running at background.

Issue #2: Yezza Hardware detects the IC, but it does not appear at dashboard
Troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensure company name appears at Yezza Hardware.
If your company name is missing, do log out and re-login.
If there is not log-out button, you may uninstall the Yezza Hardware, and re-install latest here.
Issue #3: Yezza Hardware is not responding
Troubleshooting steps:
1. Close the Yezza Hardware program.
2. Ensure Mykad reader is connected to USB.
3. Reopen Yezza Hardware.
