How To Set Prices for Agents and End-Customers

Question: Can I set different price for agents and end-customers?

Answer: Yes, you may use WhatsApp Form for agents and Yezza Store for your end-customers.

You may refer this article on how to upload products to your Yezza Store.

To create WhatsApp Form for agents use,  kindly follow the steps below:

1. Go to Setup > Products.

2. Duplicate the product by clicking on the 3 dots at the right side of it. Then, select 'Duplicate Product'.

3. Change the name and price to agent's price. Example below:

4. Next, go to Setup > WhatsApp Form and create a special WhatsApp Form for your agent. For detailed guidance on how to create WhatsApp Form, kindly refer to this article. Add the agent's product to the WhatsApp Form.

5. Click Save once you are done.
