How To Create ADD ON For Products

This article consists of 2 parts:

1. How to key in product Add Ons

2. How to order item with Add Ons (customer's side)

1. How to key in product Add Ons

Go to: Menu > Setup > Products > Manage Products 
       > This product has add ons item > Tick > Manage Add Ons

> Tick on "This product has add ons item"
> Click Manage Add Ons
> Click Create Add Ons
> Upload Add On image
> Key in Add On details
> Click Close 
> Click SAVE

While uploading your products following these steps, you will see the Add Ons part.

Tick on the box to add your Add Ons.

But you will not be able to manage the add ons yet. You have to save the whole product first, and then go back, open the product, scroll to find Add Ons section again, and click Manage Add Ons.

Inside, click +Create Add On.

Upload an image for the Add On. Fill in the rest of the details. 

You may add as many Add Ons as you wish. Once done, click Close, and click Save.

2. How to order item with Add Ons (customer's side)

Your customers will see the Add Ons details with your product.

The right way to place order with Add Ons is as below:

The incorrect way (commonly mistaken) to place order with Add Ons is:

This will result in wrong calculation as below.

Notice that the system will add (RM48 + RM6 + RM10) x 2 = RM128,

instead of (RM48 + RM6) + (RM48 + RM10) = RM112

The same method applies for Yezza Store ordering.
