5. Choose 1 out of 4 payment status.
6. Choose transaction method either cash or bank transfer.
7. Click Save to finish the recording process.

- Enter transaction amount.
- By Product
- Click '+' to start adding.
- Choose item and quantity bought by customer.
- If product isn't on the list, click 'Create New Product'.
- Click '+' to start adding.
- By RM

- Enter name and product price.
- If you don't want to save the product in the selling list, tick One-Time Product.
- Choose quantity and Save.

Choose income date.

Choose Guest or customer's name.

- Customer name won't be recorded.
- Customer's list
- Click '+' button.
- Choose a name from the record.
- If it is a new customer, click Create New Customer.
- Fill in detail and Save.
- Click '+' button.

Choose 1 out of 4 payment status.
- Paid.
- For payment paid in full.
- Partial Paid
- For deposit payment.
- Enter amount paid.
- Select full payment due date.
- Unpaid
- For customer who is on full credit.
- Choose full payment due date.
- Quotation
- To be send to customer if necessary.
- Choose quotation expiry date.
- Paid.

Choose transaction method either cash or bank transfer.

Click Save to finish the recording process.
