Advanced Setup - Using Delivery Zones

Delivery zones can be used if you wish to:

1. Use Manual Rates
2. Set different rates for each area.
3. Restrict delivery areas.

Use Manual Rates

User can use Manual Rates if you have your own weight chart. 

1. At your Yezza menu, go to Setup > Advanced Setup > Shipping & Delivery

2. Under the Manage Shipping & Delivery Methods by Zones, click Add Zone

3. Select the Manual Delivery checkbox, and click +Add Rate

4. Name the zone and choose Charge Type - By Weight. Key in your weight chart accordingly. Your settings will look like this:

5. Click Update Rate and Update Zone.

6. You're all set! Your manual rates will now appear at your customers' checkout process.

Set Different Rates/Delivery Method For Each Area

You can set each zone to have different rates or delivery methods. Your customers can choose the zones that are relevant to them during checkout.

1. At your Yezza menu, go to Setup > Advanced Setup > Shipping & Delivery

2. Under the Manage Shipping & Delivery Methods by Zones, click Add Zone

3.  Select your preferred delivery method. You can select more than 1. Click Update Zone

4. Repeat Step #2 & #3 if you have more zones. Finally your settings will look like this:

Restrict delivery areas

If your business only caters certain delivery area e.g Klang Valley only, this feature is for you.

1. Request to activate this feature: Request here

2. Once activated, this button will appear at your zones menu:

3. Click Restrict delivery Areas. Turn on the toggle.

4. Select the areas that you wish to cover. In example below, we wish to accept postcodes from Selangor only. Click Save
