Stripe - How To Setup

Start setup Stripe to offer below payment methods to your customers:

Activating Stripe

1. At Yezza menu, go to Setup > Payment > Online Payment > Stripe

2. Click Activate

3. Choose your bank account type. Take note the terms & rates here. Click Next to continue.

4. You will be redirected to Stripe's page to begin the registration process.

5. Insert your phone number and email. Click Continue

6. Choose your Business Type:

• Individual/Sole proprietorship - Individual Bank Account
• Company: Business Bank Account
• Nonprofit Organization

7. Fill in your bank details for payout purposes

8. Review your details. Click Done

9. You will be redirected back to Yezza page. Activate Stripe option to start receiving payments.

10. Congratulations! Your payment gateway is successfully activated. Head to any of your storefronts to test making a purchase.

Note: By default, only FPX (Online Banking) will be activated

Activate Credit Card & GrabPay

10. You can choose to activate Credit Card and E-wallet option here too:

Stripe Charges & Payout Period

1. FPX:

• Charge: RM1.50 + 0.25% per transaction
• Payout Period: 3 working days

2. Credit/Debit Card: 

• Charge: 2.5% for Malaysian Card, 5% for International Card
• Payout Period: 3 working days

3. E-wallet (GrabPay):

• Charge: 3% per transaction
• Payout Period: 3 working days

How To Check Payout

Payouts will be processed automatically into your registered bank account. The time of the payout will be anytime from 00:00 until 23:59

Head to Setup > Payment > Online Payment > Stripe > Stripe Dashboard

At the dashboard, there are few info that you can refer:

• On the way: Funds that are ready to be deposited soon. Click 'More info' to see the status.
• Earnings not yet paid out: Accumulated amount that are not initiated yet.

You will also see activity logs at your Stripe Express dashboard:

• Payment from Yezza: Your successful sales transactions.
• Payout from Yezza: Indicates the payout credited to you.
