First, you will need to check if your payout has exceeded three (3) working days. For example, if your sale happens on Friday, the payout is expected to be on next Wednesday.
If it has exceeded, it is probably due to below reasons:
- The first payout for every new Stripe account is typically paid out 7 days after the first successful payment is received. Refer here for Stripe's official guide.
What you should do: Wait until around 5-7 working days and re-check your Stripe dashboard. Stripe should have updated the payout schedule by that time. Don't worry, the next payout will be back to 3 working days. - If this is not your first payout, some banks may require another 1 working day due to the MEPS-IBG policy is different from other banks.
What you should do: Re-check your bank account the following working day. - Your Stripe account is restricted due to insufficient info.
What you should do: Check your email or open your Stripe dashboard. Stripe will request additional supporting documents such as Business Registration Certificate, Bank Statement Header etc. Provide these documents and your payout will resume accordingly. - The Payout amount does not meet the minimum payout.
What you should do: Stripe's minimum payout amount is RM5. Once your sales reached this amount, then only Stripe will process your payout.
